We had a great time. Just a couple of friendly suggestions, we did not know the code to the pier gate. We also would have loved to have a wi-fi password. Other than those suggestions, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

The WiFi network listed couldn't be found. I tested all available networks, didn't work. I then unplugged & replugged the modem to see if I could tell which network it was, didn't work. When I messaged the host I got an AI generated response with the Airbnb details that were not correct. When I responded, it AI generated a ticket for the issue. I never received a response about this my entire stay. The other issue is that I had someone claiming to be maintenance try to come into the unit while I was unclothed. The only thing that stopped them was the swing lock in place. I asked them twice who they were, I received no response. The third time I asked he said the host told him the place wasn't occupied & the ice maker needed to be fixed. I told him to leave. I was scared to leave the apartment after that because he knew the code. I messaged the host but they didn't take action to rectify this security issue. Lastly, all pillows were flat and the mattress had a permanent bad dip.

The unit looked exactly as described. We didn’t ever receive codes for the fishing dock or pool, no codes provided to utilize amenities listed. Seems to be the running trend for this listing though. Avari is incredibly slow when you’re trying to communicate or have issues. That alone, I’d stick to renting from owners rather than a management company. The neighbor upstairs is incredibly loud at all evening hours until about 7 am. Bedding had hair on it when I went to get into bed so I used the extra blanket that was provided for the pull out couch. No beach towels or chairs. Make sure you bring all of your essentials, especially if you’re planning to cook. Toilet paper given disintegrates in your hand as your wiping. Location of this unit is perfect. Close to the beaches, it felt very safe as well. Check in instructions were all over the place. 1 code given that didn’t work. 3 #s given, took over so long to get anyone to get us a new code, we were given 3, 1 worked eventually.
