In addition to your private space, you are welcome to enjoy the extensive resort amenities. These shared facilities include the swimming pool, a relaxing sauna, and a well-equipped gym. You also have access to the tennis courts, the BBQ and picnic area, and an outdoor shower. The beach is easily accessible just steps from the property, and you are free to utilize the on-site parking and laundry facilities within the complex.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please note that the minimum age for booking is 25 years old. Check in time begins at 4:00 pm and we kindly ask that you check out by 10:00 am so our cleaning team has enough time to prepare the space for our next guests. Smoking is not permitted inside the condominium, and we appreciate you respecting our quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 08:00 am. Please be aware that pets are not allowed at this property. Transit

Getting around Miramar Beach is most convenient by car, and we provide on-site parking for our guests to ensure a stress-free arrival. While public transportation options in the immediate area are limited, having a vehicle allows you to easily explore the Emerald Coast, including the nearby Silver Sands Premium Outlets and various local dining spots, all within a five to ten minute drive. For those flying in, the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport is the primary gateway to the region and is typically a forty to fifty minute drive from the property.

It was a very nice stay! Clean condo and clean pools. It was a short walk to the ocean, but that is good for the price o

Great value for the location and very nice pools.

The bunk bed wasn’t super kid friendly. There wasn’t a safety rail on the top bunk so my kids ended up sharing the pull out couch. Also, I wish the pools would have been open later for a nice night swim.

The location was great. The pools were nice.

The sofa bed wasn’t clean at all. It was very dirty and underwear were left in them .
