Condo was very clean and comfy. The shower door in the main bedroom wouldn't shut all the way but it was not a huge deal. The front door could use a new deadbolt but also not a huge deal. Overall, the condo and complex were great. Would book again.

Avari response:

Thank you, Mallary, for sharing your experience with us. We’re so glad to hear that you found the condo clean and comfy, as we strive to create a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. We appreciate your feedback about the shower door and the front door deadbolt; those details matter to us, and we’ll make sure to address them. It’s wonderful to know that you enjoyed your stay overall and would consider booking with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back for another relaxing getaway in Santa Rosa Beach.

Location, while not on the beach, was only a mile from the wedding and events that I was in town for.
We had a couple of mechanical issues ( nothing that really had to have immediate attention) but they had a repairman out the next morning.
We had a very pleasant experience.
