Nice, walkable to the public beach. Shout out to the other reviewer who said to enter the beach to the left of the gas station…thanks for the pro tip!

Only real issue we had was that the showers are extremely slippery! My son fell and sliced his foot open in the hall bath. Also, the master shower wasn’t draining properly which added to the slippery situation in that bathroom as well! Definitely need some sort of non-slick something on the shower floors!

The apartment was nice and cozy, just as pictured. It’s centrally located, only about an 8 minute walk from the beach.

We recommend using the beach entrance to the left of the Cumberland Farms gas station so you don’t have to walk through the private beach area.

The apartment had all the essentials one would need, except for a few things, such as salt and pepper. But this was not a big deal at all.

The beds were comfortable, but unfortunately, the mattress covers had some large stains that should be addressed. This was quite unpleasant and could easily be improved.

All of the beach supplies provided were very handy. There was also a great selection of books and games to enjoy, which was a very nice touch.

Overall, we recommend the apartment and the location. We had a nice stay.

Avari response:

Thank you, Cleyde, for your thoughtful review. We’re so glad to hear that you found our cozy condo to be just as pictured and that you enjoyed the convenient location just a short walk from the beach.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the mattress covers, and we want to assure you that we take cleanliness very seriously. We will address this issue promptly to ensure future guests have a more pleasant experience.

It’s great to know you made use of the beach supplies and enjoyed the selection of books and games. We strive to provide those little touches that make a stay feel special.

We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay in Santa Rosa Beach.

This was a great place to stay! Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the public beach access was convenient to drive and park. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of beach chairs and sand toys in the closet which was nice. I would definitely stay here again!
