Public beach access at One Seagrove Place is just a short walk from the villa. The resort community of Seaside is just two miles down Highway 30A. The gorgeous interior is tastefully furnished with contemporary elegance, featuring a cheery, coastal motif throughout. Designed with group gathering in mind, the main floor living area boasts a spacious, open layout equipped for guest comfort and convenience. Sprawl out on the wraparound sofa in the living room while chatting with friends and family or stream your shows on the smart TV, equipped with Apple TV. Store your favorite bottle of wine in the wet bar's beverage fridge and enjoy a chilled glass later during happy hour. Those culinary-minded in the group will find the kitchen well-appointed for home-cooking, featuring a deluxe array of stainless steel appliances including a five-burner gas range and vent with pot-filler faucet, deep-basin sink, and dishwasher. An island prep station doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for four. Sit down for family-style meals at the dining table set for eight. A full bathroom is located on the ground floor for household convenience. Three bedrooms and the laundry room can be found on the second floor. A children's bunk room and a guest room with access to a private balcony share a full bathroom (with en suite access from each). The primary bedroom on this level includes an attached, full bathroom. The third-floor primary suite includes a smart TV equipped with Apple TV and an attached, full bathroom complete with a soaking tub and standalone shower. A mini bar equipped with a beverage fridge and Keurig coffee maker is located just outside the door for easy convenience. Make the most of Florida's famous sunshine and blue skies while relaxing on the furnished back patio. Fire up the gas grill for a seaside barbecue and watch the stars come out while gathered around the wood-burning firepit. Take the bikes out for a spin around the neighborhood or pedal over to one of the great, nearby restaurants to sample the local fare. THINGS TO KNOW Adult bikes are provided.

Hello Guests! Please read all the information included below! CONTACT INFO: Please call 1-800-467-3529 for assistance. CHECK-IN: While check-in begins at 4 PM CST, you’re welcome to arrive early to enjoy the beach while your condo is being prepared. PARKING: Parking for 3 vehicles. No parking passes are required. No parking on streets. No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis. DIRECTIONS TO UNIT: From HWY 98 turn onto CR 395. At the second stop light turn L onto HWY 30A. Continue driving straight for approx. 2m. Palmeira will be on the left side of the road in between Hokulia and Boggy Boys Pizzeria. AIR CONDITIONING: Please do not leave any balcony doors open while running the AC. This will cause damage to the AC! It will freeze up and stop working. BEACH ACCESS: You will cross HWY 30A at the crosswalk. Use the public beach entrance at One Seagrove Beach. Approx 5 min. walk or a 2 min. bike ride. BEACH SERVICE: To reserve beach chair and umbrella service please visit Coastal at www.waltoncountychairs.com or call 850-233-0914. This service can be purchased onsite also. Talk to a Coastal vendor stationed near the beach entrance. Coastal is Walton County's only authorized vendor for all public beaches on 30A. Note: Beach service is seasonal, typically from March 1 through October 31. Please check with Coastal for more specifics. SUPPLIES: You will receive a starter pack of 2 trash bags in the kitchen trash can, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 laundry soap, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 bottle of liquid dish soap, and 1 sponge. In each bathroom, you will have 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, and 1 bar of soap. You will be responsible for any extra supplies needed during your stay. BIKE/LSV RULES: This home includes 4 adult beach cruisers. A bike waiver is required to be completed by La Dolce Vita's before receiving a code to unlock the bikes. TRASH: Trash pick-up is on Mondays and Thursdays. Place bagged trash into trash receptables (2) on the side of the home. Pull bins to the road the night before pick-up and return the bins after pick-up. MAIL/DELIVERIES: Please do not get anything mailed to the home, as we do not have access to the mailbox. If you would like to receive mail during your stay, UPS can hold packages for pick-up for up to five days at local centers (although note that Christmas week may have special restrictions). Amazon.com has a locker service in certain locations. USPS: Any packages sent by USPS should be addressed with the guest's name and 'General Delivery' to the Post Office and picked up at the Post Office with a valid Photo ID. WIFI/SERVICE/TV: This unit does not come equipped with cable; this home has Smart TVs. Upon your departure, please ensure your information is signed out of all streaming services on TV's, as we will not be responsible for wrongful use!
