My family and I stayed here for my 16 year old daughter’s birthday and really enjoyed the home. Open layout and comfortable living space. The location was EXCELLENT. 5 min bike ride through the beautiful neighborhoods of seaside or you can take the 10 min walk to get to the downtown. The public beach access was directly across the street which was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay overall! The location was excellent, with easy beach access and only about a 10-minute walk to Seaside. The house was clean and comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of towels and bathroom essentials provided. The beach access is very close, though it does require navigating stairs. Finding the home was easy, but the road leading to the property is quite narrow and can be challenging for larger SUVs or trucks. One inconvenience was that we were unable to check in until about an hour after the scheduled check-in time because the house was still being cleaned. This created some stress, as we had dinner reservations and were traveling with toddlers, making timing especially important. Fortunately, everything worked out in the end. Families with young children may also want to be aware the rusted golf cart on the property that was not pictured in the listing. Overall, we enjoyed the home!
