Overall we had a great stay. We rented both the East and West sides for our group of 13 (including 3 kids), and the layout worked really well for us. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made it very comfortable for a larger group. The kids especially loved the bunk beds.

We did have a small issue at check-in because we didn’t initially receive the lock codes, and when they were sent they were incorrect. After calling the management team it took about two hours to resolve, but Mike from the management team was extremely helpful and had fantastic customer service while getting everything sorted out.

The location was great for our trip. While there are a couple of homes in front of the property that block part of the ocean view, you can still catch glimpses of the water and the beach is just a short walk away. The beach access was one of our favorite parts because it felt quiet and secluded—we often felt like we had the beach almost entirely to ourselves.

Everything was exactly how the photos showed . Clear instructions on how to get inside . All rooms have tvs . Located on beach front . Great for a family stay.

Our Vacasa stay was everything we expected. I don’t have any complaints. We will get away here again.

We appreciated all the space of the home. It accommodated our large family very well. The home is well worn in places with many items needing fixing. The living room furniture was very worn and uncomfortable to sit on. We enjoyed the deck but much of the furniture was partially broken. Great items included the two ice makers, dual kitchens and living areas, large bedrooms, beach access and dumpster.
