Completely renovated in 2021, 2 Carats East - a real gem of a beach house directly on the white sandy beach in Fort Morgan - features seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 20 people in its 3,568 square feet of living space. When you vacation here, you'll be treated to a new shared pool with the other half of the duplex, a new beach boardwalk, a dining area that seats 20 people, and so much more. Speaking of which, the new pool was designed with families in mind, so everyone can enjoy themselves here! It features a Baja ledge with bubblers, a waterfall, and steps (including a handrail) to help guests enter the pool. An in-pool bench runs the length of the pool and faces the ocean so you can blissfully lounge while appreciating the view. There are two living areas, seven smart TVs and three bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and balconies! A spacious covered deck with a table and chairs extends the living and dining space. And your pool is right below! A barbecue grill makes afternoon cookouts a breeze. You won't believe how much seating is available in the lower-level living room, where a 70-inch smart TV is perched in the corner. Adding to the living space, a sofa and ottoman are tucked into an upstairs landing with its own wet bar and beverage fridge. The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking or catering needs. An oversized stainless steel fridge makes keeping all your food for the week convenient to access - no need for multiple trips to the supermarket! A new dry bar directly off the kitchen offers two beverage fridges along with a brand new ice maker. One of the primary bedrooms comes with its own jetted tub and separate shower. This house is perfect for large groups who want to enjoy family togetherness while still having their own space to escape to at the end of a busy beach day! The house itself was fine, the Wi-Fi in the master suite was nonexistent, there was considerable amount of trash on the side of the house and underneath the deck, there was absolutely no one locally to deal with when it came to pool issues we were having, the only communication available with Vacasa was via text, the pool issue was never revolved. I will never rent from Vacasa again !

The third floor awesome, very large, walk in shower, private balcony. Second floor perfect for several families, with privacy for all. Washer and dryer also on second floor, very handy.

Nice, big house away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores. Non-crowded beach. House had everything we needed…a second 9x13 pan would be beneficial since we were cooking for so many people, but we made it work. Would definitely go back if we have this large of a group again.

Our stay was from 5/31-6/6. We had a total of 8 adults and 7 children age 2-14. The accommodations were exceptional. Plenty of room for all without feeling cramped. We really appreciated the extra refrigerator and ice machine. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. If you use a Keurig be sure and bring one because they just have a regular coffee pot. Fortunately the weather was great our entire visit so we were able to take full advantage of the uncrowded beach. We also enjoyed the large swimming pool . The kids especially enjoyed the pool toys. The master suite is huge and very comfortable as was the large master bath. If I had 1 complaint, it would be that the master suite is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. There are 49 stair steps from the ground floor and 34 from the main living area; I counted them (lol). My wife and I got quite a workout. Overall, I would stay here again as long as my knees and back hold out. Had a couple of maintenance issues which management was quick to care of. Beautiful home.
