Overview

Gaze out across the shores of Mobile Bay at this three-bedroom condo on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, where you'll have an assigned boat slip to help you spend your days fishing and cruising out on the open water.

This condo is simple, spacious, and comfortable, offering central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer to greet your upon your return from the beach or the community pools. There's a full kitchen for all of your mealtime needs, a covered deck, and flatscreen TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms for your nightime entertainment.

On the grounds of Navy Cove Harbor, you'll have access to two outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, an assigned boat slip, and barbecue and picnic areas. The property is located on the scenic and serene Fort Morgan Peninsula, three miles east of Fort Morgan State Historic Site and the ferry to Dauphin Island. In the other direction, the center of Gulf Shores is only 18 miles east, where you'll find great restaurants, ice cream parlors, all sorts of conveniences, and attractions that include Waterville USA and Gulf State Park.

The condo was great! If you have a boat under 20' I wouldn't recommend docking there over night. Most of the other slips have a hoist for a reason...it gets choppy even in the harbor. That's not a complaint about this property though (I just need a bigger boat! Hahaha)

The location is phenomenal!!! The condo is GREAT!!!.. fully stocked with good quality pots & pans & dishes..nice design and decor .. VERY roomy… looking forward to returning..soon!!

Any time we entered inside it smelled like urine ..possibly from a small dog.. because it smelled really strong in the master bathroom too. The living room area rug needs to be replaced..possibly that’s where the smell was coming from..because it turned our bare feet black .. and the a/c when running was really loud… but other than that the condo itself was absolutely Great!!…
