I will never book through Avari again. Once and done.

The facility was nice but the host was 0/10.

Door code didn’t work on arrival, hold time to call host was long and two other codes provided didn’t work, had to hold until someone else was able to give me a working code. Over an hour standing in heat with family and luggage outside our door. Then found there was no soap provided at bathroom sinks nor in the showers and no shampoo. And the worst part was no washcloths in matte bath and no spare set of towels. I emailed immediately and every day after with only responses being that they were working on it. We arrived on Sunday, towels were provided Thursday at 5:30pm and we checked out Friday morning. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

Our accommodations were incredible! We really appreciated the amenities that were provided. The view was exactly what we hoped for, and it was perfect to be right on the beach. The listing was accurate for the most part, and the unit seemed to be even more updated than the photos showed.

The jets in the jacuzzi tub didn’t work, that was the only unfortunate circumstance during our stay. Other than that, everything worked just fine and was high quality and comfortable! It was so nice having an in unit washer/dryer! As a mom, that was probably my second favorite part after the amazing balcony view.

We had some trouble with our code in the beginning, but the management team promptly assisted us after calling the number provided for any issues. They were very helpful and efficient in getting us a new code and back to enjoying our vacation.

This is our second Avari rental and it’s safe to say there will be many more to come!!

Frustrating. Where do I begin. I came down on vacation with my wife and kids. Avari did not mention the pool was not available. They also did not mention the workers that would be working all morning and day and into the evening. It was absolutely unacceptable. Our kids couldn’t take naps, we got woken up in the morning everyday, could not relax at all. The unit itself is very outdated. The master bedroom bed was hard as a concrete block we had to sleep in the guest bed and on the small couch. The locks on the sliding door also did not work which is a problem we have kids so we had to buy our own locks. When we reached out to Avari they shrugged it off. The list of issues we had with them and our stay is longer but those are the main things. We are not rich people but work hard to save and take a family vacation every year and I’m very disappointed. The building we stayed in however was great. The area was great. I would highly advise against using Avari I know we won’t.
