Condo is clean and well appointed. We had 3 people and plenty of room. Good location. Have to cross busy street to get to beach. Elevators are out due to the 1st floor subsiding so be prepared to walk lots of stairs with baggage and groceries. Rental company should disclose this as well as access to the pool is also blocked. This is important for families with kids.

This condo is perfect for a couple. It is located across the street from the beach access. We could see the gulf from our balcony, so many hours were spent sitting out there. If you have any mobility issues, this condo might not be your first choice. You must cross the street then walk quite a distance in sand to the beach. We had no trouble, but did see others struggling. We appreciated the washer and dryer. There is a rule against beach towels being draped over the balcony railings. We just threw our towels in the washer after each beach trip. Fresh towels are lovely!!
