Perdido Pass views and easy beach access anchor stays here, where guests praise the spacious, spotlessly clean condos, well‑equipped kitchens (ice maker appreciated) and comfortable beds. The smaller, gated building with fast elevators, ample parking and family‑friendly pools, hot tubs and indoor amenities makes coming and going effortless, while nearby restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Guests also applaud responsive management and smooth check‑in/out, prompting many to return year after year.

Rented this condo for my 89 year old mother to have beach trip. The balcony and view were exactly what she was wishing

The view was amazing! Even though this is an older unit it was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had just the right sleeping options. Condo surroundings were vey quit and peaceful and did I mention The View Was Amazing!

Kitchen needed more size selection for sauce pans, lcemaker on refrigerator door did not work. Back queen bedroom bath had a constant water drip in tub, wall receptacles were loose and in need of repair. Three bathroom unit at least one bath could be more elderly or handicapped equipped.

Avari response:

Carol, it warms our hearts to hear that your mother enjoyed her beach trip and that the balcony view met her wishes! We’re thrilled that you found the condo clean and the beds comfortable, as we strive to create a peaceful and inviting atmosphere for all our guests.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen supplies and the maintenance issues you encountered. While we aim to provide a well-equipped space, we understand that having the right tools can make a big difference. Your comments about the bathroom facilities are also noted, and we will certainly take them into consideration for future improvements.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We hope to welcome you and your family back for another memorable stay by the beach!

Best location in OB. Condo was just ok. Not as nicely furnished or well stocked (dishes, appliances, etc.) in comparison to others we’ve stayed at in this location. Towels and linens were not top quality. Rate was not reflective of lower quality amenities within condo.Complex down to 1 elevator (2nd under repair) and the button for the 4th floor worked sporadically so we often had to go to 3rd or 5th floor and take the stairs to reach our floor. Pool was somewhat dirty the day we used it. Gate was malfunctioning one day of our stay as well.

Avari response:

Thank you, Martha, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us in Orange Beach. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, as it truly is one of the best spots around.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the furnishings and amenities in the condo. It’s important to us that our guests feel comfortable and well taken care of, and we’re sorry to hear that we fell short in some areas during your visit. We take your comments seriously and will work with our team to ensure that the quality of linens, towels, and kitchen supplies meets the high standards we strive for.

We also understand how frustrating it can be when the elevator isn’t functioning properly and when the pool isn’t as clean as it should be. We’re committed to addressing these issues to enhance the experience for future guests.

Your insights help us improve, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again. We’d love the opportunity to provide you with a more seamless experience next time.
