This is a shopper's paradise, with dozens of unique beach boutiques and major shopping complexes. Two popular shopping destinations are the shops at Tanger Outlets, situated just north of the beach, as well as The Wharf in Orange Beach, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. For those who want to slow things down a bit, numerous day spas in the area are ready to help you relieve stress with massages, facials and salon services sure to make your vacation feel extra lavish. If digging into nature is on the agenda, visit the backcountry trails, go kayaking or canoeing, and explore the Gulf State Park or Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. Things to Know All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant. ONGOING REPAIRS ON PROPERTY Beginning 9/2025 through 5/20/2026. Coastal Contractors will be re-coating selected doors and frames on the private south balconies. Please note only the balconies included in the project and during their specific work period will be impacted. This unit is NOT being completed. For units located within the same stack, swing stages will be set up and used throughout the project. During this time, ropes and work crews may be visible as they pass by windows and balconies while completing the work. All work will be performed during normal business hours. The sanding of frames will be carried out using orbital sanders, which may generate some noise. While the noise will be most noticeable in the unit under work, it may also be heard in neighboring units within a couple of floors above or below. As part of the project, certain portions of the pool deck may need to be closed temporarily while the swing stages are being moved. These closures will be limited in terms of duration and are necessary to ensure the safety of residents and guests. This project on selected units can be characterized as a “must do” item, and is being performed to avoid more extensive repairs in the future if neglected.

Had one issue with sink/dishwasher they were fast to fix! Some minor things I would fix included screens on sliding doors and footstool that was broken. A little more detailed cleaning (sink handles, shelves) but overall amazing. Lots of dishes and cookware made having a holiday dinner away from home great. The view is amazing and my family is already asking me to see if I can get the same place next year.

We absolutely loved this corner-unit condo! There were 4 of us for a girls' trip, so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area was large and accommodating with comfortable furniture. The most amazing thing about the condo, though, is the L-shaped balcony which provides the most amazing view of the beach and surrounding area. There is plenty of furniture on the balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views. We would definitely stay here again!

When we first arrived the air was not working it was 78 degrees in there , after messing with it we finally got it to cut on for about a hour, it cut off again. They got someone to come look at it & it worked the first night then the second night/third it worked on & off . It was so hot in there but thankfully we were only in there at night time so we just dealt with it . The condo was beautiful, very spacious. I am a cleaner myself and the only thing that needs attention is the master shower with the mold growing in the middle of the tiles & half the light bulbs were out. Very clean other than that! My husband is very picky on his condos but he did say this was his favorite other than him being hot.
