Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Amazing condo! Only complaint was the bathroom that was not in the main bedroom - the knobs slightly come out of the wall & the water comes out of the shower and bath at the same time. Besides that, we absolutely loved our stay. It comfortably slept 4 adults and 3 children.

Older property. It was clean and safe. It had a lot of items that needed to be repaired -- didn't affect our stay too much but its a shame they don't care about keeping it up. Doors off the runners, cabinets won't shut properly, furniture that was broken, lightbulbs blown. All things a maintenance crew could get fixed in a few days. I also did not like that the description of the property stated "beachfront" -- absolutely not. Not even beach view. There is an entire parking lot and building between you and the beach. It is a short walk to the beach -- but a family member that can't walk to the beach and enjoys sitting on a patio/balcony and watching the beach would have been disappointed had she come with us. I did feel it was a good location and fairly quiet at night. It was behind a guard gate -- even though the guard was in it about 1/2 the times we drove in. Plenty of parking (they do charge). Honestly the price was fair due to the condition of the property and if those things listed are fixed then my only complaint would be the misleading description.
