Book your stay now and make this exceptional condo your home away from home in Orange Beach! THINGS TO KNOW: ONGOING REPAIRS ON PROPERTY Beginning 9/2025 through 5/20/2026. Coastal Contractors will be re-coating selected doors and frames on the private south balconies. Please note only the balconies included in the project and during their specific work period will be impacted. This unit is NOT being completed. For units located within the same stack, swing stages will be set up and used throughout the project. During this time, ropes and work crews may be visible as they pass by windows and balconies while completing the work. All work will be performed during normal business hours. The sanding of frames will be carried out using orbital sanders, which may generate some noise. While the noise will be most noticeable in the unit under work, it may also be heard in neighboring units within a couple of floors above or below. As part of the project, certain portions of the pool deck may need to be closed temporarily while the swing stages are being moved. These closures will be limited in terms of duration and are necessary to ensure the safety of residents and guests. This project on selected units can be characterized as a “must do” item, and is being performed to avoid more extensive repairs in the future if neglected. All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.

We LOVED the chairs on the patio, so comfortable. These beds may be the most comfortable we have stayed on on vacation anywhere! Beautifully updated kitchen too.

Home is remodeled, very nice...few things didn't work, stove cook top bottom left button was broken, made it hard to control temp Few moldy spots, especially the icemaker by wet bar, gross, sink also.. Guest double bedroom light swit h was tore up, couldn't turn on fan, bathtub didn't drained properly.. When I emailed to vacasa about all these problems during stay, I got generic apology..I might be biased, living here locally and occasionally renting and never really had issues, first time renting with vacasa, it feels not personal enough..

Beautiful unit on the 17th floor. This was the nicest unit we’ve ever stayed in. Contemporary decorations and extremely clean. 3 bedrooms and 4 baths ready for a large family or group of friends. A huge plus was the ice and k-cup machines. Black stainless appliances and a large kitchen area. I could go on saying nice things about this place and would rent this unit again.

The beds are the best! Everyone in our party slept good! Also, this condo is very spacious! There were six in our party and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other!
