Directly on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this beautiful home offers terrific views of the water. Every bedroom has it's own attached bathroom, perfect to accommodate a family with growing kids! Outside, the huge, partially covered deck is the perfect place for listening to the waves crash in. The deck on the front of the house also has furniture and offers views of the bay and the gorgeous sunsets. Underneath the house is plenty of parking, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower. What's nearby: Just walk out the back door and enjoy the beach! For guests looking for a day trip, Historic Fort Gaines is just five and a half miles away. Come during September for the annual Massacre Island pirate event! Quality restaurants can be found all over the island, including local favorites Miguel's Beach'n Baja and the Lighthouse Bakery (both within three-and-a-half miles of this home). Sassy Seagull on Dauphin Island is such a nice beach house. Bedrooms and on suit bathrooms are sooo big. Huge closets in each one. Huge fluffy towels. Large deck on the beachside. 75% walk around deck. Perfect location and nothing but relaxation. This was our 3rd year in a row to stay so that should say something right there. Love it. Wish I owned it!!!

Our stay was wonderful! We had family at another house down the beach .25mi that we spent the visit walking between beachfronts to spend time together. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in Sassy Seagull. The house was clean and quaint. Bathrooms were stocked with shower amenities and beach towels. There were some beach toys to keep our kids entertained and some chairs at the beach. We needed to communicate with the property a few times and they were very responsive. We look forward to returning for another visit sometime soon.

The house and location was wonderful. The bedrooms are very spacious and each have their own bath which was very convenient. The only downside was the living area which was set up very awkward and you can't really watch tv due to the angle and couch set up, but it wasn't an issue for us since we stayed on the beach or out enjoying the small town. Would definitely stay here again though!
