There are to be no parties at this residence! Year-round fun awaits at this charming 4BR/3.5BA home, nestled in the coveted Dollar Point community. From local hotspots to hidden gems, nearby public beaches abound on the iconic shores of Lake Tahoe. During ski season, drive 20 minutes to Homewood, Squaw Valley, and Alpine Meadows. LIVING AREA Unwind in the welcoming living area, outfitted with a gas fireplace, 50in TV, and a plush sectional. KITCHEN & DINING The well-appointed and stylish kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to prepare delicious meals. When it's time to eat, gather at the eight-person table. A breakfast bar accommodates four. BED & BATH This three-story home sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms. Comfort awaits in the primary bedroom, which features a king bed, a twin-size ottoman sleeper, and a 37in TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms each provide a queen bed, while the guest bathroom is fitted with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly in the fourth bedroom, furnished with a king bed, twin-size ottoman sleeper, and a 42in TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a jetted tub/shower combination. A half bath offers added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA Relax in the fresh air on two decks. Make use of the gas grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway are provided. Street parking is not allowed October - May. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok). This rental now has HVAC. Please note: Dollar Point community amenities, including the pool, tennis courts, and private beach, are not available to guests. Permit #14284 LOCATION Spend fun-filled afternoons at a plethora of nearby beaches, including Commons Beach and 64 Acres Beach. Head into Tahoe City for excellent dining and shopping opportunities. Incredible hiking and mountain biking trails are just a short drive from home. During the ski season, Homewood Mountain Resort, North Star, Squaw Valley, and Alpine Meadows are all less than 20 minutes away.

The house had a nice bedroom and bathroom layout. The garage was nice but will only accommodate sedans. It was too tight for my F150 pickup.

I stayed here for an extended family retreat, and we loved our stay. The house has a lovely wood cabin aesthetic that's a nice reprieve from the concrete jungle of the city, and we really loved the large common area where the whole family could hang out. Rooms were clean and spacious too. The house itself is on a hill, which means you can walk around the neighborhood and get a panoramic view of Tahoe too!
