The open living area offers plenty of seating for the group, a large dining table for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the major appliances you’ll need. Stream movies or play old favorites on the TV, DVD/VCR, and WiFi after a day of adventure. Sleeping arrangements are flexible and comfortable, with four bedrooms spread across two levels: three queen beds and three twin beds provide restful nights for the whole group. Each floor also has its own full bathroom with a shower, and you’ll enjoy the convenience of an in-home washer/dryer. Step outside to your private patio, fire up the gas grill, and end the evening with a soak in the bubbling hot tub while you take in the crisp mountain air. City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances Violation of ordinances can result in fines up to $1500: a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is 8 persons. Up to 2 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit. b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited. c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before 8am. d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am. e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved surfaces. f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours. g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property. h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.

Stayed here for a recent ski trip. Close to the lifts and easy to get in and out. Hot tub was a real treat after a day on the slopes. House provided a great place to rest in between days out.

We stayed for a long weekend over the summer and loved the house and South Lake a Tahoe! The house is cozy with a surprising amount of beds and a great hangout area. Some great restaurants are within walking distance along with the public beach and a grocery store. Super central for everything to do in Tahoe. Couldn’t recommend enough!
