This home is located in a wooded neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe, less than a mile from the California Lodge at Heavenly. It's a fantastic setting for every season, with El Dorado Beach, Bijou Municipal Golf Course, and the heart of South Lake Tahoe all within a two-mile radius. If you drive three miles, you can enjoy Thomas F. Regan Memorial City Beach, Magic Carpet Golf, and the lively casinos in Stateline. Begin each summer morning with a hot cup of coffee and a deep breath of fresh air on the balcony off the bedroom upstairs. After a day spent hiking, golfing, or swimming in Lake Tahoe, come home to light the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue on the shaded patio. The house is every bit as inviting in winter, with wood paneling at every turn creating a sense of coziness. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2,000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
