Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

We really enjoyed our family stay at Lakeland Village. The location is excellent, very convenient to the lake and within easy reach of the pool and other common areas. The atmosphere was quiet and calm, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. One small downside was that there are only two grills available near the common area, so during busy hours it can be a bit competitive to get a spot. Aside from that, the property felt well-kept and family-friendly, and we’d be happy to come back again.

We had a fantastic time. The location was great and the partial views of the lake were really nice. The layout of the house is nice for a big group and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. We would definitely come back!
