THINGS TO KNOW - The Lakeland Village Resort charges a daily resort fee of $25 in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. - City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances Violation of ordinances can result in fines up to $1500: a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is 4 persons. Up to 2 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit. b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited. c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before 8am. d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am. e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved surfaces. f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours. g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property. h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.

The unit was perfectly sized for our 3 person visit, and everything was clean, well-stocked and well-kept. My daughters especially enjoyed the mini-sized appliances. Lakeland Village was also conveniently located on the Heavenly Shuttle route as well as being right across the street from Whole Foods.

Comfortable has pretty much everything you need except smart TV. Good location able to walk to various things. Nice bike trail.

The property exceeded our expectations. In a perfect location with great private beach. Plenty of room and we're already planning to come back next summer.
