Spanning 19 acres with breathtaking views of the lake and the Sierras, Lakeland Village offers an unforgettable resort-like experience with two outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, private sandy beach access, and a pier – all within a mile of Heavenly Resort. Enjoy world-class skiing in the winter and hiking, biking, golfing, and water activities in the summer. Take a short stroll along the shoreline to Ski Run Marina for boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping, and local dining options.

A quiet townhome on the end, your two-bedroom with loft townhome boasts new LVP flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings, a new gas fireplace, and a modern, open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped with all-new appliances for prepping your favorite recipes, and there’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the newly furnished living and dining areas. Stream a series in the living room, or unwind with some TV in any of the bedrooms. Each room has a ceiling fan. Lounge on the covered balcony and enjoy fresh mountain air anytime.

COMPLEX AMENITIES
Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Good place to stay! Did not use the extra amenities so cannot comment on those. The house was as described and was perfect for our long weekend!

Unfortunately there was some dirt and dust throughout. They didn’t sweep or clean under the beds or couches and we found other people’s hair throughout. One of the bed spreads had a yellow stain on it that was off putting. Overall, the house was good, just some cleanliness issues that would have made it 5 stars!

I also wished a map was provided in the check in instructions so it was a tad easier to locate the unit.

We cannot say enough as a family of 4 how perfect the property was for us. The unit had more rhan enought room and was walkable everything. The space was perfecr for our fmailt, having laundry pods, fans and wveeyrhinf else we needed for a perfect vacation

We had an amazing 3-day stay with Avari Management California! The location was perfect—everything was conveniently nearby, and the lake was literally just steps away from the property. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, and one of our favorite features was the private beach, where we could rent kayaks, Jet Skis, and boats without having to drive somewhere else.
The home was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation. Communication with the management team was excellent from beginning to end. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
We made wonderful family memories during our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. We highly recommend Avari Management California to other families looking for a comfortable, convenient, and fun place to stay in Lake Tahoe!
