Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and in working order! The only thing that bothered us was how vigilant we had to be about watching for bears. One family had made its home near a tree by the clubhouse. Very different from our Alaskan bears!
