Step out on the balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime. Things to Know Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

I absolutely loved our stay. First, the rental was ready, clean and well-appointed. Second, the kitchen was great and we cooked all week - saving a fortune in dining. Third, the pools were great. We enjoyed both locations. Fourth, the location was excellent - right on a trail for a great daily walk along the lake. Fifth, the price was right.

I wish I had know that Lakeland Village is no longer a hotel. Clear communication that it is now a short term rental facility is paramount to guests stay. We loved the grounds of Lakeland Village, the pools, the pier and the close proximity to Lake Tahoe and beach area. The units have always been clean and we love that each unit has a balcony to enjoy the beauty of the pine trees and the glorious air. Future stay is definitely something I look forward to.
