Step inside through the mudroom, where you can kick off your shoes and settle in. The heart of the home is the great room, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with light, and a striking lava-rock wood-burning fireplace—perfect for cozy winter evenings. The open-concept layout makes it easy to connect, whether you're lounging by the fire or gathered around the custom wood dining table that seats eight. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a spacious wraparound porch, ideal for grilling on warm summer nights.

One of the home’s standout features is the private indoor soaking hot tub, set beneath open skylights for stargazing. Large windows on two sides bring in the beauty of the outdoors, while direct porch access makes it easy to step outside and take in the fresh mountain air. Upstairs, a loft area provides a great spot for games, puzzles, or a relaxed card night. Beyond an accordion door, you’ll find a bedroom with a full-size bed and a charming private Juliet balcony. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a step-in shower connects this space to the final bedroom—a spacious king suite overlooking the great room, with shutters that can be closed for privacy.
