Overview

This lovely beach house is perfect for your escape to the coast, with a large deck, ocean views, and nearby beach access! Plus, it has modern conveniences, such as a proper kitchen and flatscreen TVs. Kid-friendly extras include a crib, high chair, and Pack 'n Play.

There is much to do in the area - hiking, biking, and walking the boardwalk to downtown Seaside.
 Or stay in and watch the waves roll in. Sometimes whales, dolphins, and other sea life come into the cove, and this home has a front-row seat. The unique side view of the cove presents an unusual scene where you can view surfers shoot by as they ride the waves. Sandy beach access is only .2 miles down the road. Seaside is close by and has much to offer. Boats, kayaks, bikes, motorscooters, and pedal cars are available for rent nearby. You might visit the Aquarium, try zip lines, or play a round of golf.

Antiquated house with dirty carpets and mold problems

Views are great with deer in the yard.

Fireplaces did not work. One large oven did not work., BBQ lighter does not work and door falling off. Fruit left on counter from cleaning team was covered in mold. Very few three prong outlets so our appliances had to be plugged in at the three prong outlets in the kitchen and tv area. No three prong outlets in master bedroom, Commode in master and hallway bathrooms are nor handicapped height. Short standard commodes and difficult for elderly to stand up after use. Deck railing main level by corner of master bedroom loose and is a fall hazard. Air hockey does not work. Carpets dirty and house smelled of mold when we first got there TV did not work and customer service was of little help having to call different people several times. They thought a cable problem and that they would send someone out. Never did. My son found several loose connections and the batteries were weak. We purchased several new batteries and finally got the tv working.

It was a pleasure to stay here. There are so many bedrooms to choose from, that its great for a large family. My wife and I stayed in the Master bedroom and woke up to the sound of waves.

We stayed here for just 2 nights but if we could we would stay longer.

Easy to stay in the area and enjoy the restaurants or have a quick drive to Cannon Beach.

Host was quick and responsive.
