This dog- and family-friendly home features a private pool, fenced back yard, a multi-tiered deck, and a location just across the road from the sparkling sand. Grab some coffee and start the day with a sunrise view of the Gulf from the upper deck, then step inside to the full kitchen to make some breakfast. Eat together at the dining room table or step outside to dine alfresco on the lower deck.

Spend the afternoon by the pool and fire up the grill for a family barbecue at night, then relax in the central AC with a little TV in the living room. More modern essentials include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi.

Perfect for our family of four plus pups. While the beach was just across the street, the pool was a quiet oasis to lounge around. Ideal accommodations for dinners at home.

We had a great time and LOVED the location of this house. The beach access is right across the street and down a tiny bit. We loved the private pool and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Only thing we didn’t love—the sheets barely fit the beds and the towels were incredibly rough! Other than that, we had a blast and would love to come back!! Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a very good experience at Beach Bungalow 30A. The home was very clean including kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
The layout was very functional. We loved the outdoor area and lounged at the pool several times. Unfortunately, it was mid-December, so we were not able to use the pool because it looked well maintained and clean.
There were a few minor maintenance items which we reported upon check-out, but they did not detract from the overall experience.
The location was perfect. It was only about 200 feet to the Dune Allen Beach public access and the same to Stinky's Fish Camp restaurant. The name is a bit off-putting, but the food and service were great.
We would stay at Beach Bungalow 30A again given the opportunity.
