Great location, great host, a wonderful relaxing stay!

Spacious apartment with washer dryer and full kitchen

Bed in the master could have been bigger with better mattress, it had a dip in the center.

We appreciate your feedback about the master bed. Comfort is important to us, and we’ll certainly take your comments into consideration as we strive to enhance our guests' experiences.

Thank you for choosing Avari for your getaway. We hope to welcome you back to Santa Rosa Beach soon for another memorable stay!

Perfect location

We stayed at this property second time and last stay I suggested to clean carpet in bedrooms as it was extremely dirty. This year there were two water pods on a carpet we had to jump around. I hope it will be addressed as we love the location.

Nothing we didn't like, beautiful view, private beach area, location is perfect

May 2026

Off season visit was peaceful, relaxing with beautiful view, easy beach access and large pool.

Large balcony, beautiful view, large pool for lap swimming, large spa, spacious condo with extra bunk bed room and bathroom, large closet, plenty of towels, care pack nice, quiet, great location and easy beach access. Quick response for minor faucet issue.

Kitchen could use more silverware and plates, no oven light or drip coffee maker (only Keurig). Stove top needs heavy duty cleaning. Ice cubes frozen on bottom of freezer needs cleanup. Would be nice to have salt and pepper at minimum. Husband felt bed was uncomfortable, spouse felt LR couch was uncomfortable. Balcony chairs hard to sit on. These were all minor issues.
