Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Avari management was doing great, the place was worth the price we paid on the 2nd floor no need for elevator, right at the beach with view at the pool and the beach, could watch the kids right from the balcony, overall great experience and just want to be fair would like to let the next renters know that the place still needs some updates. The couch in living room very old and need to be replaced, the fridge too noisy, the oven is not working correctly, the balcony door is not working, we used the door to balcony from bedroom, the unit really need an overall update, but we do not complain since the price we paid was a great deal. We were also willing to pay more if this place would get some updates. we would love to come back. Thank you

Amazing place for the price. The in room laundry was perfect given we were coming back with wet/sandy clothes each day. Everything was clean. The pull out is a bit uncomfortable and fairly used but hey we weren’t there to sleep! Only complaint is the 50 parking fee for EACH vehicle is a bit extreme. I’m not sure if it was mentioned at all in the listing so plan accordingly! Also-we couldn’t figure out the WiFi. But we didn’t reach out and just went without so that may be on us. However I’ll take that for the easy beach access, beautiful view, great price, cleanliness and in house laundry. Overall 9/10!! Will stay again

The bed in the main room is hard no give at all. However, it was not a bad night sleep. The bathrooms are great. The sofa is not pretty and is pretty worn but it is really comfortable. The chair on the balcony are a little low it’s hard to see over the rail (I am 5’5). The pool is very nice. They do have a few lawn chairs in the closet to use. The door lock is nice but it doesn’t always open on the first try. The remote in the living room won’t work and we put new batteries in it. The garbage disposal smells terrible. Over all I would 100% stay here again.

The condo was excellent! The pool and beach was very close. Very family oriented.

In general , it is a good place to stay the only thing was there is a small leak under the kitchen sink, which was reported to be fixed. I'm not sure if they will or not, and there is also a small area to be repaired close to the washer and dryer. Other than that, it was a good stay.We enjoyed it the parking area was good, but there was no guard at the gate. There was a note there that the guard it's in the property. So it took me a little while to actually get ahold of him to get my parking pass.
