The home was way more spacious than we expected. The huge balcony on the surf side with all the patio furniture was big bonus. While being pet friendly, which was a must for us, there was no indications that pets had stayed before us. So don't let that deter you even if you don't have pets. Well cleaned and would recommend and stay again. Biggest piece of advice is to bring a beach wagon for your stuff as the bottom of the stairs is a 20 foot walk through sand.

Location Location Location........Wonderful set up!! We stayed 5 nights and would love to book again!! Absolutely!!
Bella Vista is a Great Rental and Vacasa is so easy and helpful with any issues that may come up. The dishwasher was the only issue we had.
Wi-Fi fast, TV's nice, Plenty of sitting area (inside and out on the Decks)
Can Hardly Wait to Come Back!!!

loved the cleanliness of the home. the space was just what we needed. Also amazing to walk down the stairs and be right at the water! The house was very well decorated and comfortable. We would have loved to have stayed another night but Missouri was calling for 4-6 inches of snow forcing us to make it home before the snow.

We loved the location of the home. So close to the water, right on the beach. Living room and deck furniture was much better than other places we’ve stayed with plenty of seating.
We did see a total of 3 roaches while there but they were all almost dead so it may have been from a recent pest treatment that drove them out.
