Location on the beach was great! Privacy not so much, house in front back deck stairs straight at the front door where the grill is, so a bit awkward when everyone is outside. Also the house could use some updates, some mold by light fixtures, and air vents, doors need to be redone to close better. No closure under the house, no insulation which seems fine until there are kids out at 11pm looking for crabs under the house and you can hear them screaming and laughing under the house. It’s a good spot but not worth the price paid

Very beautiful house right on the water

April 2026

The home was way more spacious than we expected. The huge balcony on the surf side with all the patio furniture was big bonus. While being pet friendly, which was a must for us, there was no indications that pets had stayed before us. So don't let that deter you even if you don't have pets. Well cleaned and would recommend and stay again. Biggest piece of advice is to bring a beach wagon for your stuff as the bottom of the stairs is a 20 foot walk through sand.

Location Location Location........Wonderful set up!! We stayed 5 nights and would love to book again!! Absolutely!!
Bella Vista is a Great Rental and Vacasa is so easy and helpful with any issues that may come up. The dishwasher was the only issue we had.
Wi-Fi fast, TV's nice, Plenty of sitting area (inside and out on the Decks)
Can Hardly Wait to Come Back!!!

loved the cleanliness of the home. the space was just what we needed. Also amazing to walk down the stairs and be right at the water! The house was very well decorated and comfortable. We would have loved to have stayed another night but Missouri was calling for 4-6 inches of snow forcing us to make it home before the snow.
