July 2026

Our stay was great and the view was wonderful but there was one big issue that caused problems. Our door was broken and it took about 2hrs after our check-in time to actually get into our room on the first day. I had to talk to multiple people on the phone who kept telling me to put the passcode in and then open the door well that part worked fine it was the knob itself that was locked. you could tell it had been replaced (it didn't look like any of the other doors). Well maintenance finally came out and said yep your right and got spare keys for us to use. Jump to check out day and we wanted to take some pictures before we left and accidently closed the door behind us and didnt have the keys nor did I have my phone which had our account so I could call them. We had to call on another phone and wait for a locksmith to come out and open our door. They never should have given that room to anyone if it was having problems with the lock but other than that we really liked the place and loved the balcony.

Avari response:

Thank you, Amy, for sharing your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the wonderful view and loved the balcony. However, we genuinely regret the trouble you faced with the door lock. It’s clear that this caused unnecessary stress during your stay, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been.

We take these matters seriously, and it’s on us to ensure that every aspect of our homes is in perfect working order before guests arrive. Your feedback helps us improve, and we will address the lock issue to prevent this from happening in the future.

We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll consider staying with us again. We’d love the chance to provide you with a seamless experience next time.

June 2026

Beach and gulf view was awesome. Location was great. Parking was confusing. Elevator was intermittently not working. Pillows/ pillowcases were not clean in master bedroom. But I brought my own pillow. The lock was difficult to open. I never figured it out but my kids did. The couches were not let out couches. But we were able to sleep 12 in the unit comfortably.

Avari response:

Thank you, Erica, for sharing your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the beach and gulf views, as well as the great location of our property. It sounds like you had a wonderful time with your family, and we’re glad you were able to accommodate everyone comfortably.

We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the parking confusion and the elevator issues. That shouldn’t have happened, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience it caused during your stay. We also want to acknowledge the concerns about the cleanliness of the pillows and the lock difficulty. We take these matters seriously, and we’ll ensure our team addresses them promptly to enhance the experience for future guests.

We’re grateful you brought your own pillow and that your kids figured out the lock. It’s great to hear that you all made the most of your time together. We hope to welcome you back soon for another memorable stay, where we can provide an even smoother experience.

June 2026

It was very relaxing.

There was so much space and very clean.

The pool was very small. And the parking space was also very tight.
