I would only recommend this particular unit for a couple or small family, as there is no privacy for the upstairs bedroom, and not a lot of room to move around in the unit. However, its tidy, we'll kept, comfortable, and has anything you may need for your stay.

We love Sugar Beach condos! Condo had a nice side view of the ocean, beds were fine, kitchen equipped with necessities, quiet but a/c was a bit loud when it kicked on at night. Kids slept on the pull-out. The heated pool was the best part for night swims. There's a good take and leave bin if you didn't bring beach supplies. This is on the 3rd floor and only 1 elevator was working so we got extra steps. Also note there is no door on the bedroom, stairs lead to open room.
