KITCHEN & DINING

Gather around the glass-top dining room table (seats six) for dinner or a fun family game night; sip coffee and read the morning paper at the kitchen bar (seats four).

The open-concept modern kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove, double oven, and a walk-in pantry.

The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and big picture windows. The en-suite bath boasts a double vanity, a sunken tub with jets, tile shower, and walk-in closet.

Three of the four bedrooms are on the lower level, as well as a guest bath with tub/shower combination. Sitting in the heart of ski country, this warm home offers convenient access to Lake Tahoe's best ski resorts. In the warmer months, discover Washoe Meadows State Park 15 minutes away, or set out on the Rubicon Trail.

Spend the day exploring Vikingsholm, South Lake Tahoe's castle set on the beautiful Emerald Bay -- it's less than a 20-minute drive from the house. Easily walk to numerous restaurants, bars, and shops in minutes.

VIOLATION/EVICTION WARNING

Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM; violations will result in immediate fine! WARNING: This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/ noisy groups. VHR License #5135

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
