Featuring a split-level design, the home's two-story layout features a main floor devoted to household living, and partial ocean-view bedrooms upstairs. An unfinished basement houses the private washer/dryer.

Spread out while enjoying time together in the living room, equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV, plush sectional sofa, dedicated desks, and a children's drawing table. A small gas stove adds cozy ambiance and warmth for chilly seasons. Over in the family room, enjoy casual conversation around the gas fireplace or let the musician in the group entertain on the electric piano. The sparkling kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring gorgeous counters and high-end Viking appliances including a gas range and dishwasher. An eat-in nook offers seating for four and full meals can be enjoyed in the dining room at the table set for eight.

This house was in a beautiful location and neighborhood.
It was adequate space for 7 guests.
It was not as clean as I would have expected and the kitchen supplies were lacking for our family as far as flatware, kitchen towels, etc
Only lids with leftover containers, could use some up to date utensils. Some flatware was not clean.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. We had deer come right into the yard a couple times. You can hear the ocean from your room at night with the window open. Over all a nice place, could use some deeper cleaning but I would stay again.

I expected the house to be a little more contemporary, based on the family room picture. The professional management company does an excellent job maintaining.

It's a 3 br. central entrance colonial built in 1950. It's impeccably maintained and updated. The family room and kitchen are an addition. There's a special water filter in the kitchen sink, so the water tasted good in the filter. Everything was clean . It's clear that the the owners use the house during the year.

Our kids are 21 and 23 and were happy to have their own rooms but there was lots of kid's toys, books, puzzles and baby equipment packed away in some of the closets. there was a leather futon in the living room that could probably be used as extra sleeping space. We didn't use it. Loved the downstairs toilet as a third bathroom.

We had a little trouble with the dryer. The lint catcher didn't go in properly and we tore some clothes because of the way the dryer spun over the lint catcher.

This was a beautiful house with lots of room. We would see deer in the morning and evening it was amazing. lots of beautiful flowers around. There were a lot of locked rooms and we would hear footsteps at night upstairs in the attic.
