Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

I really enjoyed my stay. The unit was close to everything (the pool, exercise room, the elevator, and the front desk). The only issues I had were the television remote was not working, however when I called someone show up promptly to fix it. In at least 1 other review someone took issue with the bed and I agree that it is not very comfortable. I thought the unit was nice but does need some cosmetic repair. I would chose this unit again and I would recommend this unit for future guests.

Pros: king size bed, balcony overlooking pool, good water pressure, little fireplace in the corner, lots of parking space, right next door to Heidi's Pancake House!
Cons: Google maps doesn't direct you straight to the main building based on the address--Took a bit of driving around the complex but we figured it out. Personal preference, but they don't provide any water bottles if you're not a fan of drinking tap water.

Had such a great stay! The place was super clean and there was so much to do around the area. Private beach access was such a nice bonus! Communication with the hosts was also great. Anytime we needed help or had a question, they were quick to respond. Would definitely come back!

Great. More chairs needed.

Raphael was ( Fi) was wonderful. Very helpful. Very kind.

Not enough chairs on Beach. People saved them with a towel and we had to lay on sand.
