Step out on the furnished balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime. Things to Know Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Loved our stay at Lakeland Village 303! The private beach and hot tub were amazing—we had the best time swimming and watching the sunset. The condo was spacious, comfy, and a great value. Also, the staff at check-in was so kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Would definitely come back!
