Take a short stroll along the shoreline to Ski Run Marina for boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping, and local dining options.

With gorgeous views of the lake, your five-bedroom with loft corner unit townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a modern, open layout. The full kitchen was remodeled in 2023 and is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, not to mention thereā€™s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Step out on the wraparound deck right on the beach for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

This unit is perfect for groups and large families. Big table to eat at, beds for everyone, enough bathrooms for multi showers at same time. Andā€¦.the deck at lakeside is magical! This is second time we rented, and we will rent again.

We absolutely love the location, step out the door and you are on the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe. The new living room furniture was very comfortable. Loved the dining room table as it easily fit our entire family for meals and game nights-all with a view! The bedroom situation worked well for us. The kitchen was super well stocked-especially the cookware. We had a lovely time. We've already booked for next year!!
