Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Great location. Great condo, plenty of space. Great amenities. Having No AC was disappointing.

Beautiful beach front location. Lots of space, great for a group of 11 adults. We did run into a few problems during our stay. The fridge malfunctioned and all of our groceries rotted. And upon arrival the floor was so filthy that our feet turned black within 10 minutes. There was also broken outlets in the bathrooms and a broken chair left in one of the bedrooms. Air bnb support and the property management helped us with our problems, however for the large price we paid to stay here it’s a bit disappointing that there were so many problems. Despite the issues I would consider staying again due to the beach front location and the responsive management. Watch out for bears we saw some big ones on the property!

Had the best time at 642 with 8 friends on an annual trip. Super convenient location and being able to walk out of the home onto the beach was amazing. Highly recommended for a large or small group!

A huge unit easily fits 10-12 people. Some issues with age, but an overall good, rustic vibe. Great to be on the beach and at the extreme edge of Lakeland, especially during major holidays.
